1. Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Be in the same condition as received
- Have all original tags intact
- Be in its original packaging
- Be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Innerwear, socks, or personal hygiene items
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Items purchased during sale, clearance, or promotional offers
- Gift cards

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately.
We may ask for photos or videos for verification before processing the return or replacement.
6. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a defective product or an incorrect item sent by Evolart, we will bear the return shipping cost.
- For returns due to change of mind or size issues, return shipping costs may be borne by the customer.
7. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
The fastest way to get a replacement is to return the item and place a new order once the return is approved.
8. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Please note that banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the amount.
