Refunds & Returns
At Evolart, we want you to look and feel your best. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Return Window
You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received
- In original packaging with all brand tags intact
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Innerwear and socks
- Items purchased during Final Sale or Clearance events
- Items that have been altered, tailored, or damaged after delivery
3. Returns Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Email us at bunastore7@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 6296309241 with your Order ID and reason for return.
- Once your request is approved, we will:
- Arrange a reverse pickup (if available in your area), or
- Provide instructions to ship the product back to our warehouse in Garia, Kolkata.
- If you ship the product yourself, we recommend using a trackable courier service.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:
- Online payments will be refunded to the original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, or UPI).
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will request your bank details or UPI ID to process the refund.

Refund Timeline:
- Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Exchanges
- We offer one free size exchange per order, subject to stock availability.
- The 7-day return window applies to exchanges as well.
- Additional exchanges may incur shipping charges.
6. Shipping Costs for Returns
- If the return is due to a defective product or incorrect item sent by Evolart, we will bear all return shipping costs.
- For change-of-mind returns or size issues beyond the first free exchange, shipping costs may be borne by the customer.
