We currently ship products only within India.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation via email and/or SMS containing tracking details.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery may be available for selected pin codes across India.
Any applicable COD charges will be displayed at checkout.

Delays
Evolart is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, government restrictions, or circumstances beyond our control.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, missing, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the package and product for verification.
