RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

RETURN SHIPPING
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. In certain cases, a return shipping label may be provided. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at evolartofficial@gmail.com so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care items
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items
- Gift cards

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you receive the correct item is to return the original item (after approval) and place a new order separately once the return is accepted.

EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason. Returned items must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund.
